We represent the third generation to continue making the same delicious pies that got their start in the late 1940s. Our recipe holds true to the Moravian tradition by using the entire chicken with hand rolled crust. Each pie is made completely by hand, one at a time, with special care and attention.
Our pies come in two sizes. The original comes in a nine inch deep dish pan and weighs approximately three pounds. We have recently started taking special orders for small pies in a five inch pan that weigh around one pound. Our original pie serves six people and the small is perfect for one or two people.
All pies come frozen and go straight into the oven from the freezer. No thawing, no mess, just a simple, delicious meal for you, family and friends!
