Fit4u Boot Camp is a small group training session that will
incorporate some of the latest training tools available. The sessions will focus on core strength, functional training, agility, strength, cardio conditioning and flexibility.
This workout will require your body to use more muscle groups at once which in turn will burn more calories and give you a more effective, efficient workout.
Exercises can be modified to accommodate all fitness levels—which is why this Boot Camp is fit4u!
