About A Fully Qualified Personal Trainer can provide 1 to 1 training sessions designed to suit everyones requirements wether it be Weight Loss, Get Fitter, to Tone or Bulk up,to gain Muscle Definition, or if you are Training for specific race or event.

Group sessions are also available upon request.

Description 1 Day Boot Camps:

A full day of training designed to maximise your fitness and push you to new levels, if you want a new fitness boost and a kick start in motivating yourself then this is the training day for you.

Activities include;

. Kettle bells
. Bleep test
. Shuttle running
. Boxing
. Circuits
. Core work
. Team games
. Obsticle course and many more..

A full body composition will be performed prior to training commencing, fitness testing and running techniques will also be advised upon. as well as nutritional advice throughout the day as well as how to maximise your training.

Lunch and Healthy snacks will be provided.
