FIT36™ circuits will change on a daily basis, alternating ‘Pushing’ / ‘Pulling’ exercises and on a bi-weekly basis of a set of completely different exercises — keeping it interesting and improving effectiveness.
People of every fitness level can participate in FIT36™ sessions and reap the benefits. Everyone is encouraged to reach their own level of “High Intensity” and every exercise can be adjusted to accommodate one’s personal ability.
