Small Group Classes
Interested in improving your daughters Flexibility, Strength, Deportment, Stamina & Technique?
Classes are run by Kim Myles, Qualified Level 1 Calisthenics Coach with 20 Years of experience covering all age groups. A Calisthenics competitor for 35 years, and now also a proud Cali mum. Passionate about Movement, Health, Fitness and overall Well-being.
Small Group Classes available for all ages groups. Workshops, special event and private lessons also available for Individuals, Teams or Clubs.
These small group classes are designed to focus on the Basic Fundamental Skills required to perform Calisthenics Movements with control & correct technique! From building Core & Upper Body Strength, to specific stretching for increased flexibility & movement.
