At Fitness Walking Ireland we have over 70 years combined experience of walking and training and now we are bringing this experience to you, the social walker. Whether you are a regular walker or someone who is struggling to gain fitness, our dedicated leaders are here to help you reach a level of fitness through new, dynamic and energetic walking programmes. From our experiences in the athletic world, we have adapted tried-and-tested walking routines that will suit everyone.
