I, Long Nguyen, have almost 10 years’ experience in weight lifting and functional training and a fundamental understanding of diet and nutrition. This has culminated in being able to switch to a vegetarian diet and not placing any restrictions on food choices (except meat) while maintaining strength, endurance and a high level of lean muscle mass all year round.
These skills, experience and knowledge saw me compete in my very first national natural body building show in 2014 resulting in second place in both of my divisions, motivating me to compete in the future – bigger, leaner and stronger!
