Franks Fine Swine began producing jerky that could be eaten without the worry of "what the heck is in it" . We do not add salt or preservatives. All of the marinades we purchase are organic. We mix our own spice combinations so we know exactly what is in the product.
"WOW that is how jerky should taste" is the most common compliment we receive. When you taste our jerky would will experience the smoke from our combination of wood, the seasonings and the meat. It is truly that simple.
All products used in our process are purchased from other small business owners whenever possible. For example: The wood is supplied by a landowner in Minersville PA. The pellets are sent from a small business in WI. Our butcher is located in Phoenixville.
Currently we sell the jerky at Jakes Farmers/Flea Market in Barto, Tinicum Market, King of Prussia Farmers Market, Gun shows in Leesport, Philadelphia and the Oaks Convention Center. We have recently been invited to the Ridley Park Farmers Market.
Future plans include the BBQ Fest in Leesport, Phoenixville Food Fest and Phoenixville Blues Fest.
All jerky is vacuum packaged in 1/4 pound packages.
