The Big Problem that doctors face today
The problem is clear- our healthcare industry is broken. Chronic disease is on the rise, while private practices are closing at record pace. The health professionals who offer a proactive approach and see great long-term patient outcomes often struggle with the day-to-day details of running their practice. It is not the lack of clinical skills that holds these practitioners back, but the lack of business knowledge, strategies, and systems designed to allow the practice to operate efficiently and effectively. This missing link has kept thousands of well-intentioned doctors from helping more people enjoy a fulfilling life… even worse, hundreds or even thousands of patients have been left stranded with few options as a result of these very doctors leaving practice
The vision for Freedom Practice Coaching started when Dr. Charles Webb discovered a practice model that allowed him to spend more 1-on-1 time with his patients, consistently experience better patient outcomes and enjoy much higher profits. Most impressive is he found a way to do this on a 4-day work week, leaving plenty of options for family time.
Word caught fast about this new model, and soon doctors from all backgrounds were contacting him asking for help. Many initially thought that there was something unique about Dr. Webb’s practice and somehow his systems wouldn’t apply to their practice. Within 36 months, over 300 doctors had participated proving out the model no matter their background and specialty.
