Functional Fitness is not your usual gym. We like oneness, not separation in all things that we do.

We think the body trains, performs and functions better when it works as a whole, so that's how we train it - to work as one unit. Not like normal gyms that have a bazillion machines designed to isolate every muscle in your body.
We also think that whole-foods are much better for you than processed things. Things like vegetables, fruit, meats, nuts, eggs - basically if it was ever alive or had a mother, we say go for it. If man has manipulated it or changed it or broken it down to make into something else, probably don't eat it. Other gyms don't really talk about food at all, but we believe without it in the equation, you're not going to see the whole picture.
Also, most gyms success depends a large percentage of their clients never showing up. Functional Fitness is only successful if all of our clients always show up. We train as teams and we have a culture and support network second to none.
So, if you have a body, you eat and you like other humans, we're the gym for you.
