We always start with a challenge that matters to you. We work with you to pick the right hands-on exercises to immerse blitzers in the practices that generate ingenious solutions—fast. A blitz ranges in time from a couple of hours at a conference to a week or more—but typically they last 2-3 days. The number blitzers varies depending on the setting, we’ve blitzed with small executive teams to 1000 school children—most people have 20-35.
