Ultimate Kick boxing style is very similar to ordinary and original kick boxing, but as well as warm, up, stretching, footwork, basic techniques punches and kicks, combinations, pad work, bag work and sparring in semi contact.We also teach fitness training, body conditioning and advise on diet and positive thinking.
