To provide students with disabilities with a public education that prepares them for crossing "The Bridge To Adulthood".
The four Academies (grades 7-12) of the public school district located in Westchester and Orange Counties provide students with disabilities a comprehensive education that consists of Regents classes as well as career development classes in conjunction with elective classes. Varsity athletics along with intermurals are also available. Both residential and day programs are offered. The goal is to prepare students for college,vocational training schools,the armed forces,and the world of work.
