Group fitness session timetable:
Monday: 5.30pm Eastern Beach LEGS
Tuesday: 6am Top Tier Geelong, CORE & CARDIO
Wednesday: 5.35pm Eastern Beach FULL BODY
Friday: 7.30am Deakin University FULL BODY
All group sessions $10, running for 30-45 minutes. High intensity sessions designed to challenge your body and keep you moving! All sessions are adaptable to your fitness level, come along and join the friendly and supportive crew.
