I have been practicing yoga for more than 12 years and after watching in bewilderment how it helped me to kick drugs and alcohol and other harmful practices in my life, I ventured out to learn how to share the wealth of knowledge that is yoga. I was blessed to have completed my 200 hour yoga teacher training in India in 2015 and just got back from Bali where I studied Yin yoga and Qigong. I am a trained meditation guide, hold a wealth of knowledge about aromatherapy and am currently studying hypnotherapy as well. I believe in the power of complimentary health and wellness and would love to share my never ending journey through the immense sea of traditional eastern practices.
