About Happy Legs Run - Running Coach & Group in the South West. We welcome all ages and abilities - Beginners, Improvers & Weekend racers!

Description Happy Legs Run is a local running group in Exeter, and we reach out to the surrounding towns and villages.

Our weekly running sessions operate on a three week rotation. Technical week, short week and thirdly a longer options week. Technical week is great fun and a perfect opportunity to work with a qualified running coach to improve your running game. short and long weeks are also fully coached and led sessions where we put into practice the technique tips and work on pace, speed and agility. Whatever the week you can be sure there will be plenty of "Chatty Pace" running!

We offer 10 week beginner courses to get new runners up and moving. Led by a UK Athletics Running Coach. We carefully guide participants from the first week all the way through to completing 5 Kilometers and beyond.

Each week comprises a fully coached session including skills, drills and some fun running.

We help you progress your fitness and running, enabling you to progress to our weekly regular running group, improving your technique and distance.

In addition to this, we actively encourage you to come and join in all our other running activities. Be it supporting fellow runners in a race or joining our fortnightly weekend run, which changes location to take in the beautiful scenic landscape and countryside around us.

Happy Legs Run is also proud to work with the Devon Partnership Trust and The Royal Devon & Exeter Hospital, providing Health and Well-being services to their staff.

A little bit about your Coach...

Johnny is a UK England Athletics qualified Coach in Running Fitness.

With a passion for running and personal challenges for as long as he can remember, Johnny has competed and finished a host of varied distance events, including the London Marathon 5 times, so you're in very safe hands when it comes to knowledge and experience.
