Our business was established to provide additional choice in chocolate for existing Fairtrade consumers and to contribute to the growing Fairtrade consciousness in Australia.
We aim to provide a product which is both ethically sourced and highly appealing to first world consumers. As sales from our business grow – so too does our ability to make a positive difference in the lives of those whom we will employ, and those who participate in our supply chain.
Heart of Chocolate’s vision is to create or source ‘in demand’ products which generate significant first-world demand, which in turn funds projects in the developing world.

Seed & Bean chocolates are handmade in England using French couverture and the cocoa used in every bar is single origin and traceable either to Dominican Republic, Ecuador or Sao Tome. The organic Cornish sea salt chocolate uses the very special Ecuadorian "Cacao Nacional” which has a full and rich flavor
Divine Chocolate are single origin bars from Ghana. With Cocoa farmers are 44% owners of Divine Chocolate. The beautiful packaging is comprised of Adinkra Symbols from West African culture, which reflects where the cocoa comes from.
Chocolat Stella has become a pioneer of organic and ethical chocolate production. From producing one of the world's first Fairtrade chocolate bars in 1991, the brand now has a large range of sustainable, organic and Fairtrade chocolates in a wide variety of unique flavours.
