Products Pickles
Pickles are prepared using sound, clean, raw or sufficiently matured fruit or vegetable ingredients as well as asafetida, Bengal gram , lime juice, lemon juice, green chilies, vinegar or acetic acid, citric acid, dry fruit including resins and fruit nuts. Harnarains pickles are free from added copper, mineral acid, alum. They have a pleasant taste and flavour. Pickles are available in three combinations, i.e. Pickle in oil, Pickle in vinegar, and Pickle in citrus juice/brine.

Murabbas
Murabbas are preserves prepared using one or more fruits and vegetables, used singly or in combinations. At Harnarains we use only be mature, fresh, sound and clean products only. The only other ingredients that may be added are sugar, dextrose, invert sugar or glucose, permitted flavouring additives, citric acid, ascorbic acid and preservatives. The fruit is allowed to retain its form and is permeated with the syrup, without any shrivelling of the individual pieces. It shall be of good keeping quality and attractive colour and it shall be free of burnt matter or any objectionable flavour, crystallization and mould growth. The product shall not show any fermentation when examined.

Chutneys
The chutneys are prepared from fruit and vegetable free from insect or fungal attack. The only ingredients that are added are raisins, dry fruits and vegetable, spices, salt sugar, onion, garlic, vinegar, acetic acid and preservatives. They shall be of good keeping quality and shall show no sign of fermentation . The acidity and ash shall not exceed 2% and 5% respectively.
