Some people call it holistic, others call it integrated; while still others call it progressive. We at The Little Farmhouse simply call it, "a way of life."

|Mission||Every member of the TLFH HEDCen Community is committed to - believe in, discover, create and open an environment of unlimited potential for every person by nurturing and educating his intellect, emotion, spirit, and physical domains - for Human Development and Global Peace.|
I had "used" crayons, pre-loved toys, my own children's story and picture books, long playing records and a phonograph from a garage sale, a brave heart and a vision when I started the school in July 1, 1992.
The Little Farm House began with 11 children on its first year and grew by 170 students eight years later. In the school year 1999-2000, the Holistic Education and Development Center was created to meet the demand to continue its preschool gifted program to the elementary levels.
A high school applicant challenged the creation of the high school in 2004-2005. That same year, HEDCen and its 1996 team won its 8th consecutive championship in RIFA last 2011, before this team moved up to the high school open division.
One of the more important contributions of HEDCen comes from the youngest and the most zealous child to the wisest adults in school. We take home our garbage, they police their parents when they litter on the street, make the difficult decision to Refuse, Reduce, Reuse, Recycle and therefore become the conscience in a small area of environmental science but a major area on waste management.
Our high school graduates are all over great universities and colleges in Metro Manila. These aspirants are into sciences, humanities and business. They grew up with a challenging academic program, fresh fruit and vegetable juice, hardly and trash cans, sandwich wrappers in their pockets, and a dream to change the world.
There are more than 3000 earth soldiers and advocates from HEDCen marching around the plant and there will be more in the years to come, chanting the school motto:
Better People, Better Earth!
