Holly Miles is a nutritional therapist and health coach. She has a particular interest in weight management, fatigue and stress, but also offers support to individuals managing chronic health conditions, or those just wishing to generally improve their diet and lifestyle.
As an experienced coach, Holly also offers clients the option of on-going coaching support which may benefit those individuals needing to make significant diet and lifestyle changes longer term.
All recommendations take into account client’s medical history, current medications (where appropriate), personal circumstances and dietary preferences.
Holly holds an MSc in Personalised Nutrition from Middlesex University and has a Nutritional Therapy Practice Diploma from the Centre of Nutrition Education and Lifestyle Management (CNELM). She also has a BSc (hons) in Physiology.
Holly is a member of the British Association of Applied Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy (BANT) and the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC).
She is also a certified NLP practitioner and professional member of the ANLP. NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming) is a specialist technique which can provide a means of identifying and breaking down mental barriers and negative patterns of behaviour.
