Having spent more than 30 years selling homes in Somerset, Managing Director Neil Urch felt it was time for a change. He had a vision to make estate agency more accessible, efficient and customer-friendly – with the focus on first class service. To that end he created a structure based on a transparent fairer fee, not on a percentage of property values. His concept of a fairer fee for a full agency service is designed to save sellers on average 50% of the percentage-of-value fees charged by traditional high street agents.
