A sleek, aesthetically evocative space plays host to an innovative menu that’s focus is fresh, ethically sourced seafood. A unique, intimate dining experience forged from quality ingredients and restrained cooking techniques, each dish celebrates the unparalleled calibre of Australian produce and the relationship between topography and seasonality.
Featuring both a more refined, comprehensive style of gastronomy in the Iki-jime dining room as well as a lighter, less formal proposition in Bar Jime, each distinct offering is complimented by a highly-considered wine and cocktail list. The thoughtfully considered interior has been designed to cater to both intimate, personable dining experiences, as well as to fit the purpose of my commercially intended, corporate dining needs.
