In Balance Accounting Services has been in business for the last 20 years, assisting the small business owner with their accounting needs. Although we have only been in business for 20 years we have over 40 years experience in the accounting field. We employ a staff of qualified individuals and use the latest technology to ensure that the work that we do achieves our high standard of excellence.
A small business owner should have all their time free to concentrate on the business itself. Too often the owner tries to take care of all areas of the business and ends up feeling overwhelmed and frustrated. We believe that if we provide the owner with accurate information about the financial end of their business, and at the same time take over the responsibility for calculating all regulatory filings such as HST/GST, payroll remittances and WCB, this will in turn allow the owner to make decisions and focus on the reason they are in business in the first place.
If the owner of the business wants to have the accounting work done at their place of business but lacks the ability to setup an effective accounting system and records keeping we can work with them to take care of the setup and training for themselves and/or a staff member. We would then be available on an as needed basis for further assistance.
In summary we are prepared to offer as little or as much help to the small business owner as he/she might need.
