This is the official page for Ingleson Online Coaching & Personal Training.
With personal experience in weight training, boxing, rugby and golf, I have a good insight into many areas of fitness and with a high level of knowledge surrounding nutrition also.
My main areas of training are:
I provide a wide range of services, including, one-to-one training, personalised training and nutritional programs, online consultations and group boot camps.
I am also currently developing two 6 week programs, one for fat loss and one for muscle and strength building.
