|About||MISSION STATEMENT: To provide a healing space for integrative bodywork aimed to meet individual needs, assisting towards health and wellness.|
My purpose is to be a catalyst in helping empower clients to achieve wellness of their mind, body, spirit using the tools I have acquired in alternative and holistic healthcare, and integrative medical massage.
I love learning about health and wellness! I grew up in a family that was very much into mind/body/spirit connections. I am excited to bring my knowledge and experience to help my friends, family and clients. I am excited to do what I love and help others in the process.
I graduated from SHI Integrative Medical Massage School out of Lebanon, Ohio. I am licensed in Ohio by the State Medical Board and nationally by the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork. I am also a member of AMTA (American Massage Therapy Association). I am currently certified and providing Swedish, Deep Tissue, CranioSacral, TMD (Temporomandibular Joint Dysfunction), and Muscle Energy Technique for Iliosacral and Sacroiliac Assessment and Dysfunction. I am interested in learning more about Kinesio-taping, Cupping Therapies, Prenatal Massage, Lymph Drainage and so much more.
