You are not the first person to ask what life healing is. The words life and healing used together seem to convey bumps, wounds, bruises, and more. I’m sure we can all understand that one! Can’t we? But, for many of us we haven’t realized these wounds or life luggage has residual affect in our minds, body, and our spirit. Think of a time when it was important to be encouraged or uplifted. Your frustration level was high, you felt exhausted, misunderstood, and far worse ………………………………………….someone did the unthinkable. They made you feel worse, turned a blind eye, or even took out their own frustrations on to you when you were vulnerable. Words damage, lack of understanding and compassion sting, and bad “advice” to quit whining and get over it somehow unconsciously teach us to withdraw, isolate, not care, or numb our emotions to move on and “do” life. Unfortunately we all have conscious and unconscious memories or an emotional database within ourselves from these life wounds. They start at childhood and can mature into adult size problems in our relationships, occupations, work places, and our day to day activities or lack thereof. But the great news is they can be identified and treated at root levels within you to heal and restore peace, happiness, life direction, and even your physical health. It is called life first aid. Words of affirmation and truths relative to you can undo and find their rightful home in your spirit to set you free and move forward with the life you are dreaming of minus the luggage. Feel lighter, smile more often, and experience more peace.
