Jamie Jerez has been a group fitness instructor at the Walla Walla YMCA since 2014, certified as a personal trainer through National Academy of Sports and Medicine and is also studying with Precision Nutrition to become a nutrition coach.
Currently, she is an acrobatic coach for the WWVA AcroKnights, which teaches basic fundamentals in acrobatics & gymnastics. Jamie is well versed in creating and organizing workout plans, along with performance routines for the team as a whole, and for individual performers.
Jamie is passionate about enabling people of all ages and abilities with the opportunity to get fit, while having fun and improving their lifestyles. Whether you are brand new to the gym or a life-long athlete, she will make you feel at ease and help you reach your goals.
