My name is Jeff Serafini and I was an IT professional in another city before becoming a Realtor at Keller Williams Realty Boise. After years of spending upwards of three hours each day commuting and long hours at the office, I was regretting the amount of time I was away from my family. When my wife and I bought our home in Meridian, I was inspired by the excellent service I received from our realtor and I decided to make the transition to the real estate industry. I saw a lot of the same traits in myself that our agent at that time possessed and saw an opportunity that would allow me to spend more time with my family and also be a positive asset to our new community.
When not working, I enjoy spending time with my wife and daughters. Having studied fitness and nutrition for years and seeing so many people wrestling with disease and illness, I welcome every opportunity I get to share my knowledge with people with health challenges. It gives me tremendous satisfaction to see people well and living life to its full potential. Working in real estate has allowed me to expand my desire to connect with and help others. My family and I also volunteer at the Meridian Co-op Garden at Kleiner Park, which donates food to the local food bank. This has allowed me to teach my kids about where our food comes from and about the importance of helping others through our food donations.

The greatest complaint I hear from buyers and sellers is that they never hear from their agent or that they always have to contact their agent. I know how frustrating this can be because I had a similar experience before I became an agent. This is where I diverge from other agents. I believe in open lines of communication and I make it a priority to stay in touch often. I promise to keep you updated every step of the way. So, when you need guidance with buying
