|About||Sydney Based Photographer Specializing in all occasions Photography at competitive prices.|
I was born on December 31st, 1986 in Campbelltown, Sydney Australia at ten minutes to twelve. My father is named John, and his name was handed down to me at birth.
My parents have given me the first lessons of achievement and culture, I started doing Athletics, BMX racing, Go Karting and Tennis to name a few, all ways i found a release, a freedom and a special place to express myself. Since i was still a little boy, with a cupboard full of photographs and photo albums, and with my dad also passionate about the visual arts, i'd sit for countless hours fantasizing and visulizing images as if i was in the moment. With my vivid imagination and accesibility to a Canon EOS 100 film slr camera, i think from here started my visual education, i felt depth, i felt composition, nothing forced - i'd even say natural.
The more intence study of tecnical and compositional details occurred relatively recently, photography giving me a balance between who i am in every day life - a storeman, a husband, a father - and "my moments" as i like to call them. The desire to learn "by the book" has taken me away for many countless hours of study and research, layering information contained otherwise chaotic in my mind. The study however, i think will never end...
Sometimes photography does not need words, desciption. Not even a title, i don't name my images as i believe everything is within a frame. It gives you, the viewer, freedom to see it in your own way. Photography ,,betrays'' one's fascinations, passions, anxieties or unrest - viewer or photographer. I tend to let my mind run feel a moment, feel a articic rythem, picturing poses like a ballet, a dance.
i don't like to tell people what to see in my photos, what to expect from them. But i enjoy listening to what others see in them - often issues that ''escaped'' me or, maybe, things that i have not given enough thought.
We might think that we know all about photography, but there is so much more to discover. For as long as ther is
