Jory has over 17 years of personal training experience. During that time he has helped countless people achieve their health and fitness goals, from general fitness/weight loss to sports specific/injury rehab.
His training and experience allow him to work with people suffering a range of health complications, with a particular interest in back pain and injury management. He is passionate about helping people enhance their quality of life by improving movement and posture using specific corrective/strengthening exercises, as well as improving nutrition, breathing and lifestyle.
Jory provides a scientific approach to training using a range of assesments to analyse posture, movement and muscle function. This ensures that the exercises you are prescribed are right for you. It's not a 'one size fits all' approach.
Jory has a real passion for learning and has taken a number of courses with the world renowned CHEK Institute and Gray Institute as well as courses on postural restoration by the Postural Restoration Institute.
To ensure the best results possible, Jory works closely with a Nutritional Therapist and Massage Therapist to provide a truely holistic approach.
