You don't have to be a top athlete to feel the benefits of sports massage. We all need to look after our body and give it some well earned TLC. Even in our daily lives we are putting stresses on our bodies through poor posture, over-use and repitition. Tackling these problems through massagecan make a whole world of difference.

Pilates sessions are also available. I offer one to one sessions, group sessions and you can find me on a Wednesday evening 7.45pm at Fithub gym in Reigate.
