JTL FC Academy is the Academy established by Hilo Lemo. Having had experience at premier teams PSG, Crystal Palace FC, and RC Lens, he wanted to create a Football Academy in West London that teaches children the methodology derived from the PSG and Barca, the game of possession, the perception, and decision making.

JTL FC Academy is a Football Academy established by Hilo Lemo. Having had experience at premier teams such as Paris Saint Germain (PSG), Crystal Palace FC and RC Lens, he wanted to create a Football Academy in West London that teaches children the methodology derived from the PSG and Barcelona FC, the game of possession, perception and decision making.

The Academy stems from his desire to teach and help young footballers and is named after his father Jean Thomas Lemo. The coaches he employs as part of the academy share the same values and are committed to helping the children improve their football skills. They are all UEFA qualified and have worked previously at clubs such as NYC Redbull and Watford FC.
