Jumpstart is a 1hour fitness program that combines both cardio and strength work.

Woodside Main Oval, 6:30pm.
Also jumpstart STRENGTH sessions are Saturday mornings at 8:30am at
Woodside Primary School.
jumpstart really is a great way to improve your fitness level, it is a group of people with varied fitness levels. It has team spirit and fun activities that will help you gain strength, endurance, tone your body, increase your energy levels and improve your physical wellbeing, all whilst having fun!!
Our strength only sessionl are focused on improving Strength and Muscular Endurance. These sessions will compliment the regular Jumpstart sessions, which generally use high cardio / body-weight exercises, by using equipment based exercises with very little running. You can expect to be using barbells, medicine-balls, power-bags, tyres, ropes, suspension trainers and sleds as well as the playground equipment, ramps and stairs offered at Woodside Primary School. They will help you achieve your fitness and weight management goals by strengthening and improving your body's lean muscle mass.
Our program suits ALL ages, fitness levels and lifestyles. We can help you! Your fitness is assessed and you will start to change your life with other people on the same fitness plane.
This cost is just $10 per session and is lots of fun,
