All instructors are fully certified having completed a training course in Melbourne, first aid certificates, exams in anatomy/ postnatal health and baby wearing safety.
You can begin Kangatraining once you have been given the all clear to resume exercise from your health care provider, typically 6-10 weeks postpartum.
