With KANGATRAINING you don't have to wait till your baby is asleep or quiet before working out.
Kangatraining is a specifically designed workout for mums and bubs.
During each class cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength & endurance, and flexibility are enhanced. Special attention is given to the pelvic floor, abdominal muscles and correct carrying of your baby during the workout.
Unlike traditional exercise classes, you need not worry about finding a babysitter or minding an unsettled baby during class because the babies are worn on you and they get to be part of the action! Older children are welcome to come along and play in the corner too.
As well as the physical benefits, the opportunity to meet other local mums in a fun, relaxed environment, is great for your emotional wellbeing.
You can begin Kangatraining once you have been given the all clear to resume exercise from your health care provider, typically 6-12 weeks postpartum.
