Protecting Your Investment
Construction- Today, commercial construction means big investment and extensive regulation. Where public facilities and government contracts are concerned, both factors are multiplied exponentially. Who will protect your construction investment and ensure that all applicable regulations are met?
Quality- As your project inspector, KDI provides a means of quality control. We see that contractors and subcontractors hold to project specifications and meet local, state, and federal codes and requirements.
Assurance- It's what you get when you employ KDI. Let us be your proactive quality control and discover the peace of mind that comes with "Construction Quality Assurance."
KDI helps clients meet the California Title 24 Administrative code and serves as their liason with the Division of State Architects (DSA), the Office of Statewide Health Planning and Development (OSHPD) and city building officials on private sector, commercial projects. We focus primarily on projects in Solano, Contra Costa, and Alameda counties, where we have a strong working relationship with the authorities having jurisdiction over building construction.
KDI also provides construction quality management. By working closely with your Design Professionals, we strive to ensure that project plans and specifications are met. Our Pre-Bid Constructability review often dramatically decreases the potential for change orders.
Other services include consultation and value engineering.
