|About||We raise pasture-fed heritage breed hogs with no routine antibiotics, GMOs, or hormones. We sell whole & half hogs, cuts and specialty packages.|
We raise hogs that are at least 3/4 Large Black Hogs, a rare heritage breed, known for their lean and tender meat. All of our hogs are pasture fed most of the year, and fed naturally non-GMO oats and hay in the winter. No hormones or routine antibiotics are used in raising them. Our meat is as close to organic as you can get, and the only reason we are not able to be certified is because neighboring farms are not organic.
Our herd was built up to finally be able to retail market our meat in the fall of 2015. We offer whole and half hogs to the public, as well as various cuts, specialty packages, and special orders. Free delivery is available to surrounding counties on orders of $50 or more, or when advertised during a special. Outside of counties contiguous with Wyandot County we will deliver for 10% charge, with a minimum charge of $10.
All of our meat is butchered at D&H in Vanlue, Ohio. They are certified by the Ohio State Department of Agriculture. We highly recommend them to you for your personal butchering needs.
