About Established July 18, 2005 By Archbishop Diana L. Colar
Kingdom of God Church of Jeanerette cover
Mission K.O.G.C Mission:
To go into the all the world preaching the Gospel of Jesus Christ to every creature: Teaching all nations repentance and baptism for the remittance of sin in the name of Jesus Christ. Teaching all nations to observe all things whatsoever God has commanded. To obey, live and walk in the word of God, preaching salvation, healing and forgiveness to everyone that will call upon the name of Jesus Christ. To bring the Good News to the poor and the meek. To bind up the broken-hearted, proclaiming liberty to the captive and the opening of prison doors to those that are in bondage. Proclaiming the acceptable year of the Lord and the day of vengeance of our God, because the kingdom of God is at hand. To bring comfort to all that mourn and to appoint unto and give unto them beauty for ashes, the oil of joy for mourning, and the garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness, that they might be called Trees of Righteousness, The Planting of the Lord, that he might be glorified. Our goal is to transform hearts, minds through, love, prayer, discipleship, praise and worship and living out the gospel of Jesus Christ. Together, we will transform lives, families and become a transformed community and nation. Furthermore our goal is to strengthen and revive all people, tounges and nations, that they may believe and receive the greatest gift of God; the Holy Ghost. That they may prosper, be in good health, have the pettition of their prayers and to have peace and favor from God. Ultimately, to transform our world from one generation to another that we may become righteous, acceptable, perfect and always in the will of God.
