With Kyle you get accountability, motivation and education to reach your goals. After evaluating your current fitness level and establishing your goals, you will have a program designed specifically to you.
I don't just offer a sweat and leave service. You will be educated on proper exercise techniques which will allow you to grow in confidence and set you on your way for life long health and mobility rather than just a quick fix.
Nutrition is kept simple. You won't be told what to eat but rather given some guidelines for you to follow allowing you to learn about what is actually healthy and sustainable again serving you well for long term health.
If you prefer to train with a friend or partner to gain extra motivation or split the cost this can easily be arranged. (Max 2)
