Description The Warhawks organization is run out of Oberlin College and will provide several benefits for us and, more importantly for our girls as they continue to develop as players:
• We will have use the Oberlin College field house and softball field for dedicated training and practices.
• Instruction is not only coming from us, but it will be coming from professional coaches at the college level.
• Direct access to college coaches with vast networks of connections for recruiting purposes
• Indoor instruction will begin in November and run through the drop dead date for school softball players in the middle of February, generally with a two hour session each week
• The Warhawks will host college showcase events at Oberlin College to attract college coaches and get a leg up on recruiting
• We will play exclusively tournament softball against top notch competition -- tournaments will be a blend of local, overnight, and showcase events designed to increase our level of play
• Consistent practice time will help tremendously in developing our players

You will play in a few less tournaments and in tournaments that don’t require as much travel as the older teams. Just know that as you get older, a system is in place for you to develop as a great softball player every step of the
