Langford Grille’s signature hearty, USDA Prime Angus Certified Beef is prepared to absolute perfection on the 1,600-degree Southbend Steak Broiler, found only at the finest Chicago steakhouses. Another signature dish is the sautéed Lake Perch. Sauteed or deep-fried, the perch is always fresh, tender and flaky, a popular selection week after week.
Every entrée is complemented by selections from a wine list to delight the most discerning palate. Langford’s Grille is home to five Euro Wine Caves. From a moderately priced bottle of cabernet to a high-end Opus One, the wine list consists of very fine choices in a varied selection.
Chef Marko Avorio brings impressive experience to Langford’s, having owned and operated his own restaurant in Munster, Ind. With enthusiasm he joined Innsbrook Country Club, where he has worked as the Executive Chef for the last eight years. He chooses the best ingredients and during the summer months he selects the freshest local produce.
