Description Let's Get Beach Ready while at the Beach!

Starting May 12th!

1 Hour of Fast Paced, High Intensity Workouts is what you'll find at Laura's Beach Ready Bootcamp! Using various fun activities including playground workouts, plyometrics, kickboxing, as well as obstacle races and partner games the bootcamp will help you shed pounds while gaining muscle and creating a sculpted body.

Created for all body types and fitness levels, the bootcamp ensures that you will stay motivated while moving towards your next fitness level.

Laura Connolly, a certified yoga instructor and personal trainer uses her upbeat personality and laid back attitude to drive her clients to be their best selves, while keeping a positive outlook on their progress.

Beach Ready Bootcamp will meet in 4 week intervals. RAIN or SHINE!

Mondays and Fridays at 9:30am
