|About||Typical lake house, apartment recently renovated with balcony and an amazing lake view.|
Modern and just renovated front line lake apartment in the picturesque town of Nesso. Placed in an amazing position, it is perfect for a lake holiday, in the name of water-sports or relax, or as base to explore the famous Lake Como: the renowned Bellagio can be reached in only 10 km.
The balcony, where you could have breakfast, lunch or dinner, offers a stunning view across the lake.
The apartment can be reached only by foot. It takes only 5 minutes walking down the steps from the main road where there is a free parking.
I don't suggest Lavarell House for guests with walking difficulties.
I provide towels both for bathroom and kitchen.
In the bathroom you can find bathsoap, shampoo and an hairdryer.
In the kitchen you can find all you need for cooking/eating and also a selection of tea and coffee.
The standard bed is a queen-size loft bed (as you can see in the photo). If you prefer, I can arrange for you the sofa bed. Please, let me know in advanced which bed you prefer.
Heating cost are not included.
Guests will pay the real consumption of gas between check-in and check-out. When you arrive and leave, we check together the gas meter, and a bill will be at your disposal to verify the real cost of gas.
