Mr. Thomas is dedicated to protecting injured victims of traffic collisions, and other losses as a result of negligence, and gross negligence. Mr. Thomas focuses his practice on clients that have suffered serious bodily injury and/or death and limits the size and scope of his practice to accommodate the most zealous prosecution of his clients’ claims. Mr. Thomas believes in personal representation of his clients. Every client receives his personal cell phone number. He knows each of his clients, and he never assigns a file number to his clients. Mr. Thomas does not hand over a client to a case manager or paralegal. He believes each client deserves representation from an attorney from the start to the finish of his or her case.
