|About||Connecticut Personal Injury and Criminal Defense Lawyers recognized by our peers and clients for providing exceptional service.|
|Mission||Work tirelessly to achieve justice for those injured and wrongly accused.|
The firm was founded in 1994 by Attorney Kevin C. Ferry and now consists of two attorneys: Kevin C. Ferry and Monique S. Foley. Our firm was founded with the belief that our jury system is critical to empowering the common man to fight powerful corporations and individuals who refuse to accept responsibility for their wrongful conduct. Further, the jury system levels the playing field and allows individuals with no resources the ability to obtain justice. Over the years, and as a result of our experience, this core belief has only been strengthened. With this in mind, we seek out the opportunity to put meritorious cases in front of juries. We won't rest until our clients obtain justice.
We recognize that you may be seeking our services at a time when you may have many questions or may feel overwhelmed. Our attorneys will take the time to answer those questions, explain the legal process, and review all your potential options. Our staff will guide you through every step of the process and make sure you, as our client, are comfortable with the decisions that are made in your case. We are well aware that our clients have put their faith and trust in our firm and therefore we go out of our way to make sure that all their needs are met.
Due to our convenient location in New Britain, we are able to handle cases from across the state of Connecticut. If you are unable to leave your home or medical facility, we will gladly come to you. An initial legal consultation with any of our attorneys is always free!
