She also has experience in probate and guardianship of adults and minors.
In her family law practice, she handles a variety of cases ranging from uncontested to complex divorces (some of them crossing international borders), child support matters, foreign judgment enforcement, visitation and custody, orders of protection, paternity actions, and preparation of pre-nuptial agreements.
Ms. Wayne is a trained mediator who has been court-approved in DuPage County to mediate child custody issues. In her practice, she has successfully used her mediator training to settle cases and avoid trial expense for her clients.
In her real estate practice, Ms. Wayne represents both sellers and buyers of a residential real estate throughout the Chicagoland.
