Description Let's Run is a brand new company lead by Lee Pickering. I have been running for over 20 years and have been an endurance Athletics Coach for 5 years. I can offer:
1:1 running sessions
Group running sessions
Companion running
Running schedules

Whether you’re running 20 minute miles or 5 minute miles; if you are new to running or you’ve
been running a while, I can help you improve your running and have fun while you’re doing it!

1:1 running sessions are one hour sessions where you have personal running training with me alone. This allows me to fully tailor your training to best suit your ability, experience and goals and this would be adjusted regularly according to your progress.

Group running sessions are where you can complete a mixed ability training session with others. This makes running more fun and enables you to work harder without realising it. Each session is differentiated so that any level of ability can join in with each session.

Companion running allows me to join you on a run to support you. The main benefit is to take away the loneliness of running alone but there are many reasons why companion running could be beneficial to you such as running faster and longer with support, feeling safer, relieving the fear of injury/illness mid run or simply for someone to chat to.

I can also provide running training schedules. Perhaps you need a little guidance to complete a 5K, a half marathon or a marathon. You might want a little help to beat that 10K pb or you might just have no idea where to start. I can design you a personalised running schedule taking all your details and goals into account.
