After having my first child, I discovered my love of exercise. But along with that, the realisation that it is tough to find time to take care of your own health and fitness when you have a lack of personal time owing to work, childcare or other life commitments.
After having my second child, I decided to train to be a personal trainer in order to help others fit exercise into their lives. Being a mum, I am particularly passionate about helping other mums improve their health and fitness and feel good about themselves despite their time restricted lives
