Lincoln Frost

Lincoln Frost is a Sydney-based funds manager and property developer. Lincoln is currently the Managing Director of ALLCAP Finance.

In his current role as Managing Director at ALLCAP Finance, Lincoln offers bank, non-bank and institutional capital solutions to the real estate and infrastructure sector in Australia and New Zealand. Since the company’s inception in 2015, ALLCAP Finance has advised on or arranged in excess of $1B of property capital. The company continues to expand its capability to raise greater amounts of preferred equity and equity for its clients, with Lincoln at the helm.

Outside of his professional work, Lincoln is a financial supporter of social enterprise, Team Vista, which was founded by his family in 2008. The organisation’s mission is to offer support and education to children in Tanzania who are living in poverty.
Lincoln is a graduate of Macquarie University, where he studied a Bachelor of Business majoring in Finance and Statistics. He also holds a Certificate IV in Mortgage and Finance Broking.
