About us:

Emma Burgon is a sports injury therapist and level 3 personal trainer. With a degree in sports therapy, health and active lifestyles. She is also a qualified instructor of KINESIS functional movement and ARKE balance and movement.

Tom Gelder is a level 3 personal trainer, recreational runner and triathlete, who knows only too well what it’s like to be injured.

Our aim is to deliver run specific strength and conditioning, with a personal touch.
If you want to:

Session Format:

Sessions will be run in 8 week blocks. Each 8 week block will have a different focus and end goal. During the sessions we will have chance to asses peoples personal strengths and weaknesses and if necessary work on a one to one basis or a number of smaller groups to help people progress more effectively. Sessions will be approximately an hour long.

Dates and Times:

Free trial session Monday 30th January
First block of sessions starting on Monday 6th February
All sessions will start at 17:45

8 week blocks £48. £8 per block discount for members of any Lincoln based running club and members of Lincoln Tri.
